Delivery times vary depending on the service selected, origin, and destination. Here's a general guideline: UAE: Same-day delivery in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman - Next-day delivery across all UAE - Scheduled deliveries to remote areas. Qatar: Same-day and next-day delivery across Doha. KSA: 1-3 days across KSA. International: 2-7 business days.

We currently do not offer direct on-demand deliveries with specific time slots.

For the UAE we are currently developing a new project involving temperature-controlled bikes specifically for on-demand deliveries which will be available within a 2-hour time slot.
How many delivery windows do you have and what do you mean by open-timing slots?
UAE & Qatar: We offer 5 delivery windows with open timing from 9am-9pm. Open timing slots allow deliveries to be made anytime within that window. KSA: We offer open timing from 9am-9pm. Open timing slots allow deliveries to be made anytime within that window.

A dark store service allows you to store inventory in one of our fulfillment centers. We then fulfill your online orders and pass them to our distribution team for delivery saving you time and resources.

Yes we offer vehicle leasing solutions along with options for hiring drivers and helpers. These services come with full maintenance and 24x7 roadside assistance.

What technology do you use to ensure order tracking and transparency?
We utilize advanced technology to provide real-time shipment tracking on our online portal. This includes features like QR code printing automatic SMS notifications and detailed tracking timelines with proof of delivery.
Through which system/program do you primarily integrate websites?
We have a range of services which utilize different systems. For integrations please contact your account manager and they will connect you with our Systems department to facilitate your integration needs. For the Delivery Management System (DMS) we provide open APIs making it very simple for you to build the integration. For the Warehouse Management System (WMS) we have an Order Management System (OMS) which makes it extremely simple for you to integrate your ecommerce platform with our WMS. For any customized ecommerce sites you may need to build the integration using our APIs.

Where are your warehouses located?
UAE: Our warehouses are based in four major cities: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Al Ain. KSA: Our warehouses are based in Riyadh Jeddah Dammam Makkah and Madina. Qatar: Our main warehouse is based in Doha.
What type of storage do you offer?
We offer a range of storage solutions across three temperature zones: ambient chilled and frozen. This ensures optimal storage conditions for your goods.
What is FSC (Fuel Surcharge)?
FSC (Fuel Surcharge) is an additional charge based on the fluctuations in fuel prices in the market.
Payments
Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?
We collect cash on delivery (COD) and transfer the amount to you on a bi-monthly or monthly basis or adjust it from the invoice upon special request.
Do you accept payments via card machines?
Unfortunately we do not accept card payments at this time.
