A Group That Celebrates Together One of the most memorable moments of the year was our end-of-year celebration in the desert, a gathering that brought together Transcorp employees from across the GCC. It was not a formal event. It was a fun one! Music, dance, good food, laughter, and shared stories filled the evening. It shows that while logistics is a demanding industry, its people know how to party (literally!).
Growing Responsibly: Safety First Growth at Transcorp is the synonym of responsibility. This year, across departments, our entire team participated in a Emergency First Aid Training Program with the goals of A. being ready whenever wherever and B. showing that safety is not just a policy, it’s a mindset that allows people to acquire learning life-saving skills.
Together for a Cleaner, Greener UAE 2025 was another year during which Transcorp goes green as we participated in the Clean UAE initiative organized by the Emirates Environmental Group. We joined volunteers from all over the emirates to protect the country’s natural environment and saw people from different nationalities and background come together outside of the workplace and share a mission as responsible community members.

Leadership That Shapes the Industry 2025 was also a year of industry recognition.We were honored to see Transcorp International named FMCG Logistics Provider of the Year at the Logistics and Transport Awards 2025. Even more proudly, our CEO, Rodrigue Nacouzi, was recognized as CEO of the Year. From a fleet from just 2 vehicles to over 1,000, and scaling operations to more than ONE million deliveries per month, this recognition reflects visionary leadership and a relentless focus on operational excellence. It is a milestone that belongs to the entire Transcorp team.
The Future of Q-Commerce As Q-commerce is rising in the region, Transcorp is now in Qatar and implemented its Dark Store model to help clients have faster fulfillment, cold logistics and last mile execution. Empowering Women, Strengthening the Future 2025 was the year of women at Transcorp where we celebrated their strength, resilience, and leadership. They inspire, break barriers, and shape a future where talent and ambition define opportunity. As we step into 2026, we are GRATEFUL.
